Every UPS we build is engineered around the same principles: continuous online conditioning of power, near-zero transfer, and redundancy that keeps critical loads alive through grid events of every kind.

Online Double Conversion (VFI)

The load is always powered from the inverter, never directly from the grid. AC input is rectified to DC, then re-synthesized into a clean, regulated pure sine wave. Because the inverter is always running, transfer to battery is 0 ms — the load never sees the grid event at all. This is the topology used in every data-center-grade UPS.

Three-Level IGBT & High Efficiency

Three-level IGBT PWM conversion cuts switching losses, giving double-conversion efficiencies up to 97% — and up to 99% in energy-saver (ECO/ESS) mode. Lower losses mean less heat in the server room, smaller air-conditioning load and real electricity savings over the life of the system.

Modular & Hot-Swappable Design

ARRAY modular UPS systems are built from 60 kW power modules that slide in and out while the system stays online. Scale capacity by adding modules, or service a faulty module in minutes without a maintenance bypass — mean time to repair drops to near zero.

Parallel Redundancy (N+1 / 2N)

Up to 8 UPS units can run in hot parallel with automatic load sharing. If one unit fails, the others instantly carry the full load — N+1 configuration for fault tolerance, or 2N for full system duplication. No single point of failure.

Intelligent Battery Management

ABM (Advanced Battery Management) charging extends VRLA and lithium battery life by cycling between float and standby states instead of continuous overcharging. Automatic battery tests, temperature compensation and low-voltage disconnect protect the string and warn before capacity fades.

Remote Monitoring & Integration

RS232, USB, dry contacts, MODBUS and NMC network cards put the UPS on your network. Winpower monitoring software tracks input/output status, battery health and events, and sends alerts before problems become outages. EPO input integrates with fire and building safety systems.
