Production capability
Four stages, one standard: a UPS that survives its first thunderstorm and its tenth year.
SMT & PCBA
6 SMT lines high-speed SMT lines with AOI inspection for consistent board quality from day one.
Assembly & Integration
8 assembly lines assembly lines covering transformer, inverter, battery and enclosure integration for rack, tower and outdoor units.
Aging & Burn-in
500 units simultaneous burn-in — every unit runs a full-load aging cycle before it is allowed to ship.
QC & Testing
40+ QC test points per unit: input/output voltage, waveform, transfer time, battery health, temperature and load-step response.
Quality control, step by step
Our QC philosophy is simple: the customer's site is not our test lab. Every unit is exercised at full load here, so it runs quietly there.
Incoming inspection
All components — batteries, IGBTs, capacitors, PCBs — verified against spec on arrival.
SMT & assembly
Automated pick-and-place, reflow and manual assembly of power stages and control boards.
Full-load aging
Every unit runs 24–48 h at rated load in our burn-in room; failures are reworked, not shipped.
Final test
Complete functional test: transfer time, waveform, efficiency, alarms, communication ports.
Packing & shipping
Export-grade packaging, custom branding available, tracked delivery worldwide.
Certifications
Certificates available on request with full test reports.
R&D that ships
45 engineers working on firmware, power electronics and battery management — which is why every series gets OTA-style firmware updates after launch.
